This snack is easy to make healthy and delicious
All you need is an avocado, some hummus, feta cheese, lemon juice and a pinch of pepper. The best part about this is you can eat the avocado just like that…take a spoon and start eating right out of the avocado shell (no bowl required).
All you must do is slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, fill the avocado (where the pit previously was) with hummus and sprinkle with feta and pepper. Finally, drizzle some lemon juice onto the snack…and voila! You can dig in and eat your delicious snack that took only seconds to make.
