It wasn’t until the very end of the summer that I remembered the popsicle makers tucked away in my kitchen. These popsicles are a great way to use up leftover smoothies and they make the perfect summer treat. You can use any smoothie, from chocolate and peanut butter to a classic green smoothie. These berry smoothie popsicles are perfect because they are super sweet but also healthy, thanks to the use of fresh fruit and juice.
All I used was a frozen berry mix full of frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, mixed with orange juice and blended in a blender. It is that simple!
