Healthy Everyday sandwich with Avocado & Tomatoes

Not only is this sandwich healthy but it is so good! It is packed with flavourfull and healthy superfoods. The sandwich contains simple ingredients that everyone loves like fresh tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and cheese.  My favourite part about this sandwich is the finishing touches. With a drizzle of lime, a sprinkle of paprika, and some toasted sourdough rye bread, this sandwich is tastier than most sandwiches and not at all hard to make. This sandwich is just as simple to make as it is delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough Rye bread (toasted)
  • Butter or coconut oil
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Dried thyme
  • Paprika
  • Tomatoes
  • Spinach
  • Avocado
  • Lemon

Ingredients:

  1. Take the toasted bread and spread butter or coconut oil onto the toast.
  2. Place spinach plus the slices of cheddar cheese, avocado, and tomatoes onto the bread.
  3. Top with a drizzle of lemon and lime as well as some dried thyme and paprika
