3 Ingredient Pancakes 

  1. Place 1 banana, 1 egg and 1/4 cup of oats in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add a handfull of chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Heat a pan on medium heat and coat with olive oil.
  5. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.
  6. Cook pancake for 30 sexonds and then flip and cook for another 40 seconds.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter (makes 4 pancakes).
