Here are some of the tastiest, simplest, smoothie bowls you will ever come across! From chocolate to grapefruit, these are easy to make and packed with nutrition! They make for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dessert as there is nothing more refreshing on a hot summer day!

1. Chocolate, Peanut butter, Banana, Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 half avocado
  • 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter
  • 1 spoonful of protein powder
  • 1 spoonful of honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of cocoa powder

Toppings:

  • 1 banana
  • chocolate chips
  • raspberries
  • oats
  • drizzled almond butter

2. Super Berry Smoothie Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • handfull of microgreens
  • handfull of frozen pomegranate
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

Toppings:

  • granola
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • hemp hearts
  • almonds

3. Blueberry Almond Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • a dollop of vanilla
  • 1 large scoop of almond butter
  • 1 scoop of protein powder

Toppings:

  • granola
  • goji berries
  • sliced almonds
  • fresh blueberries

4. Grapefruit Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 banana
  • a bit of ice
  • **optional orange juice (1/4 cup)

Toppings:

  • buckwheat groats
  • shredded coconut
  • pumpkin seeds
  • **use the grapefruit peel as a bowl
