This is an amazing gluten-free recipe I found here (click link). I decided to replace the flour with gluten-free flour because I made these for a birthday party. - Place 1 banana, 1 egg and 1/4 cup of oats in a blender.
- Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Add a handfull of chocolate chips if desired.
- Heat a pan on medium heat and coat with olive oil.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.
- Cook pancake for 30 sexonds and then flip and cook for another 40 seconds.
- Repeat with remaining batter (makes 4 pancakes).
This 2 ingredient vegan ice cream, is the perfect guilt free treat because it is vegan, filling, and it only uses two healthy ingredients…bananas and nut butter. Through some experimentation with ingredients, I have come up with these super cool chocolate cookies. They are gluten free and milk free, using only simple ingredients. I also chose to use farm raised eggs for this recipe. If you can, farm raised and free range eggs are ideal for ethical reasons. You can also look for fair trade cocoa. This recipe has no added sugar but the cookies are still sweet and it is extremely easy to make. These are my new all time favorite cookies! Continue reading
