Through some experimentation with ingredients, I have come up with these super cool chocolate cookies. They are gluten free and milk free, using only simple ingredients. I also chose to use farm raised eggs for this recipe. If you can, farm raised and free range eggs are ideal for ethical reasons. You can also look for fair trade cocoa. This recipe has no added sugar but the cookies are still sweet and it is extremely easy to make. These are my new all time favorite cookies! Continue reading
These are my new go-to treat! They are gluten-free and they require very simple ingredients. All you need is eggs, brown sugar, and peanut butter! I chose to cut down the usual amount of sugar to make the cookies much healthier. However, this made the cookies chewy as opposed to crispy! If you want to cut down on the sugar without compromising the crunch you can add 3 tablespoons of coconut flour which will soak up a lot of moisture! Personally, I loved the chewy, fudge-like texture! Continue reading

Here is a SWEET twist to the classic peanut butter and banana toast. I decided to pack all my favorite things onto one piece of toast and it really was delicious. I am a huge fan of any toast: avocado toast, Nutella toast, buttery toast, and of course…Peanut butter and banana toast. I decided to add some raspberries, cinnamon and chocolate chips to my toast for a gourmet dessert. This is a great treat if you are craving something sweet but trying to be healthy at the same time. If you are not the best baker, and you want a sweet treat to share with friends, this is a super quick and easy option. It takes no time to make and it will definitely leave you satisfied. You can eat this for breakfast, as a snack, and of course for dessert!
Here is a super easy veggie sandwich idea that you can make for lunch when in a rush. Everything you need is probably already in your fridge, which is the great part about sandwiches; you can just throw a bunch of ingredients onto some bread and there you go! I think it is important to remember that being healthy doesn’t have to be hard. In the summer it is super easy to get some fresh fruits and veggies to add to you sandwiches. Continue reading
This is the ultimate chocolatey treat that you will never feel guilty about eating. If you are craving something sweet these brownies will be perfect, plus they are quick and easy to make. I made these for my whole family and everyone loved them. My brother, who refuses to eat avocado, did not even hesitate before he grabbed his second brownie. The brownies are so chocolatey and sweet, without any added sugar, flour, or milk. The end result was chocolatey, perfectly moist and super delicious! Continue reading
This is the perfect treat for anyone who is looking for a completely healthy dessert. I know it sounds impossible but this recipe uses no sugar, no egg, no butter, no milk and no flour. It is astonishing that these cookies actually turned out the way I had planned and they taste just like ginger cookies. The thing with these cookies is that they have to be made thin or they may turn out too soft and crumbly. Personally, I prefer the cookies to be slightly crispy, and chewy which is exactly how these cookies turned out.
