Peanut Butter and Banana Sweet Toast

Here is a SWEET twist to the classic peanut butter and banana toast.  I decided to pack all my favorite things onto one piece of toast and it really was delicious. I am a huge fan of any toast: avocado toast, Nutella toast, buttery toast, and of course…Peanut butter and banana toast. I decided to add some raspberries, cinnamon and chocolate chips to my toast for a gourmet dessert. This is a great treat if you are craving something sweet but trying to be healthy at the same time.  If you are not the best baker, and you want a sweet treat to share with friends, this is a super quick and easy option. It takes no time to make and it will definitely leave you satisfied. You can eat this for breakfast, as a snack, and of course for dessert!

This is the ultimate chocolatey treat that you will never feel guilty about eating. If you are craving something sweet these brownies will be perfect, plus they are quick and easy to make. I made these for my whole family and everyone loved them. My brother, who refuses to eat avocado, did not even hesitate before he grabbed his second brownie. This is the perfect treat for anyone who is looking for a completely healthy dessert. I know it sounds impossible but this recipe uses no sugar, no egg, no butter, no milk and no flour. It is astonishing that these cookies actually turned out the way I had planned and they taste just like ginger cookies. The thing with these cookies is that they have to be made thin or they may turn out too soft and crumbly.  Personally, I prefer the cookies to be slightly crispy, and chewy which is exactly how these cookies turned out. These cookies are great for the holidays, and they are made with almond flour. Almond flour is a good healthy alternative for flour and it tastes just as good. Because of the dark chocolate and almond flour used in this recipe these cookies are vegan and gluten-free! Even without the usual flour, these cookies are extremely soft and they come out to the perfect texture. These cookies are great for the cold season because they taste amazing with a warm drink.
