I previously made a recipe called Pita Pizza with Veggies which is one of my favorite recipes. However, I have cut down on the amount of gluten and dairy I am eating. I came up with this easy gluten free pita pizza recipe that has, even more, veggies and less dairy. The recipe also uses completely gluten free pita for the crust. Making pizza from scratch can be quite time-consuming and intimidating, but pita pizzas take only about 20 minutes total and can be made quickly in the oven or microwave. Continue reading

Gluten Free Chocolate Almond Cookies

Through some experimentation with ingredients, I have come up with these super cool chocolate cookies. They are gluten free and milk free, using only simple ingredients. I also chose to use farm raised eggs for this recipe. If you can, farm raised and free range eggs are ideal for ethical reasons. You can also look for fair trade cocoa. This recipe has no added sugar but the cookies are still sweet and it is extremely easy to make. These are my new all time favorite cookies! Continue reading
