Through some experimentation with ingredients, I have come up with these super cool chocolate cookies. They are gluten free and milk free, using only simple ingredients. I also chose to use farm raised eggs for this recipe. If you can, farm raised and free range eggs are ideal for ethical reasons. You can also look for fair trade cocoa. Here is a SWEET twist to the classic peanut butter and banana toast. I decided to pack all my favorite things onto one piece of toast and it really was delicious. I am a huge fan of any toast: avocado toast, Nutella toast, buttery toast, and of course…Peanut butter and banana toast. I decided to add some raspberries, cinnamon and chocolate chips to my toast for a gourmet dessert. This is a great treat if you are craving something sweet but trying to be healthy at the same time.
