Tasty and refreshing are two words that come to mind when I make this salad. It is a very flavourful salad that will leave you feeling refreshed and energised. It is nutritious and extremely easy to make. I have been eating a lot of the same salads over and over again throughout the year and I decided to try something new and healthy to start off the year. This salad has chopped walnuts in it which I love because it gives the salad a bit of a crunch! Walnuts are actually a great replacement for croutons. You could also add pumpkin seed, which I thought of later on.
