Not only is this sandwich healthy but it is so good! It is packed with flavourfull and healthy superfoods. The sandwich contains simple ingredients that everyone loves like fresh tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and cheese.  My favourite part about this sandwich is the finishing touches. With a drizzle of lime, a sprinkle of paprika, and some toasted sourdough rye bread, this sandwich is tastier than most sandwiches and not at all hard to make.
