I previously made a recipe called Pita Pizza with Veggies which is one of my favorite recipes. However, I have cut down on the amount of gluten and dairy I am eating. I came up with this easy gluten free pita pizza recipe that has, even more, veggies and less dairy. The recipe also uses completely gluten free pita for the crust. This is by far my favourite tomato soup. I usually don’t enjoy soups but tomato soup is absolutely my favourite. It is warm and comforting like any other soup and plus it is packed with flavour. The mix of herbs and vegetables make the soup smell and taste amazing! I love this soup because it is not only tasty and healthy but it takes such little effort to make. Let’s admit it, grilled cheese is one of the easiest tastiest lunches to make. You can make it in the oven on the stove or even in the microwave. However, grilled cheese is not the healthiest option and I find myself getting tired of it after a while. Luckily, I found this easy grilled cheese recipe that is not only healthy but tasty as well. I love this recipe because it is flavourful and packed with greens!
These parmesan and pesto baked tomatoes are a perfect way to spice up some leftover tomatoes. You can use them for a quick sandwich or an easy appetizer to serve guests. The great part is you are not limited to parmesan You can use any cheese, such as mozzarella, goat cheese, and so on. I also decided to add pesto to a couple of the tomatoes for flavor.
