Rainbow Tomato Salad

I absolutely LOVE this salad. It is flavourful, colourful, and it definitely inspired me to be healthier. Honestly, I never liked or wanted to try zucchini before, but I am glad I did. It adds a simple sweet flavour to balance out the tangy lemon, and the juicy tomatoes.  This takes hardly any time to make which leaves more time to enjoy the food. All you have to do is slice up a bunch of ingredients and throw them in a bowl. I was inspired to make this salad when I saw a picture on Pinterest (follow Chef Material on Pinterest) and the minute I saw it I knew I had to recreate it. The salad I created for you is made to be simple and refreshing. Healthy Everyday sandwich with Avocado & Tomatoes

Not only is this sandwich healthy but it is so good! It is packed with flavourfull and healthy superfoods. The sandwich contains simple ingredients that everyone loves like fresh tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and cheese.  My favourite part about this sandwich is the finishing touches. With a drizzle of lime, a sprinkle of paprika, and some toasted sourdough rye bread, this sandwich is tastier than most sandwiches and not at all hard to make. Healthy Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese

This is by far my favourite tomato soup. I usually don’t enjoy soups but tomato soup is absolutely my favourite. It is warm and comforting like any other soup and plus it is packed with flavour. The mix of herbs and vegetables make the soup smell and taste amazing! I love this soup because it is not only tasty and healthy but it takes such little effort to make. All you have to do is run it through the blender and heat it up. The end result is nice and creamy so it’s super easy to eat. Continue reading
