I previously made a recipe called Pita Pizza with Veggies which is one of my favorite recipes. However, I have cut down on the amount of gluten and dairy I am eating. Not only is this sandwich healthy but it is so good! It is packed with flavourfull and healthy superfoods. The sandwich contains simple ingredients that everyone loves like fresh tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and cheese.  My favourite part about this sandwich is the finishing touches.
